All Westleigh Tennis programs are directed by Ed Tripp (left). Ed has a USPTA certification and a Bachelor"s degree from Ferris State University with a major in Professional Tennis Management. He competed on FSU"s nationally ranked tennis team as well as on the Junior Davis Cup team in Michigan. He is widely known in this area for his enthusiasm and the knowledge that he brings to the game of tennis. In 2003, Ed Tripp was awarded the Mid-Atlantic Unsung Hero Award by USTA Magazine for his contributions to the game of tennis at the grass roots level. Ed has coached several players who have gone on to play for their high school and college tennis teams.
